Baked Fish



8 ounces fresh or frozen fish fillet, or steaks
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash fresh ground black pepper
1 dash fresh parsley, chopped


Grease pan with oil. Place fish in a single layer in well-greased baking
pan, 8x8x2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley. Pour sauce
over fish. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until
fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
