Banana Ice Cream
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1-1/2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 Cup banana pulp
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream
Beat eggs and sugar until light; add salt, nutmeg, milk, and
gelatin which
has been softened in the cold water and dissolved over a pan of
water. Crush
bananas with a fork to a fine pulp, stir in lemon juice, add to
mixture.
Fold in lightly whipped cream. Chill 20 minutes and churn
according to
directions.
