Barbecued Pork

1/4 cup catsup
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 pound pork, cut in bite size strips
Pita Bread
Mix first 8 ingredients, set aside. Stir fry pork in a wok 2-3
minutes. Add onion, carrot, and celery. Stir fry until
vegetables are
tender.
Stir in sauce, cook and stir till mixture thickens and boils.
Serve in Pita Bread
