Crispy Roast Pork
2 Pound Belly pork
3 Teaspoon Soy sauce
5 Teaspoon Housing sauce
2 Teaspoon Sherry
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Chinese Five Spices
1/4 Teaspoon MSG
1-1/2 Inch slice gingerroot, crushed
Lightly score pork on meaty side. Combine marinade ingredients
and rub on
meaty side (do not get any sauce on skin) Let stand for 15
minutes. Place
pork on rack, skin side up. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then 375
degrees for
40-50 minutes or until skin is blistered. Slice and serve with
oyster sauce.
