Diabetic California Pot Roast


4 Pound Beef rump;
2 Carrots; sliced
2 Tablespoon Flour;
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
1 Teaspoon Salt;
1 Cup Water;
1/16 Teaspoon Pepper;
Sugar substitute equivalent
1 Tablespoon Oil;
1/2 c
1 Onion; chopped fine;

Dredge meat well in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet; add
remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.
