Easy Minestrone Chili


1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans (16 ounce) Tomatoes, un drained
2 cups chopped Swiss Chard
2 cups beef broth
1 can (16 ounce) Kidney Beans, un drained
1 can (16 ounce) Garbanzo Beans ,un drained
1 can (16 ounce) Green Beans, un drained
1 cup dry small shell macaroni, cooked
and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


In large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion; drain fat. Add
tomatoes and Swiss chard; cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add beef broth,
beans and macaroni; stir gently to combine. Simmer, uncovered, 3-5 minutes
or until bubbly. Ladle into bowls and top with cheese.
