Gingered Ribs
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1 Envelope dry Italian salad
Dressing mix
1 Teaspoon Celery salt
1-1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
4 Pound Ribs (pork or beef)
Combine brown sugar, salad dressing mix, celery salt, ginger,
ketchup,
vinegar and water. Place ribs in a Dutch oven and bake at 350
for 2 hours.
Baste ribs with sauce every 30 minutes.
