Ham & Bean Soup
2 cups Ham (diced)
1 medium Onion
1 Celery stick
1 medium Carrot (grated fine)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Catsup
Hot peppers (optional)
Keep seeds in for FIRE!
Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cover with water and cook for about
45 minutes.
Then add 2 cans (16 ounces) of great northern beans, and cook
for 15
minutes.
