Purple Pudding



3/4 Cup AM Blue Cornmeal
2 1/2 Cup Grape juice OR- other dark fruit juice
1 Cup Plain yogurt
Natural sweetener to taste

Combine juice and blue cornmeal in a saucepan, and stir over low heat with a
wire whisk until very thick. Combine mixture with yogurt and sweetener and
beat with an electric mixer or in a blender, until creamy and smooth. Pour
into small bowls and chill.
