Sautéed Scallops With Feta


1/2 Large onion
1-1/2 Bell peppers
2 Ounce Butter
16 Ounce Lg. sea scallops
2 Jalapeno peppers; slice
1/2 Cup Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Feta cheese
1/2 Cup White wine
Pinch garlic; to taste
Salt; to taste
Chili powder; to taste


Sauté onion, bell peppers, jalapenos and sea scallops in butter until soft.
Add 1/2 c of white wine and steam. Cover for 45 seconds. Sprinkle with
mozzarella and feta. Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let
simmer until cheeses melt. Serve over rice. Serves 2. Source: The Flying
