Strawberry Banana Smoothie

2 Cup Unsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen; hulled
2 Bananas; sliced
8 Ounce Low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 Cup Skim milk
1/4 Cup Rice bran
3 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon To 2 tb honey

Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours 
or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. 
Serve immediately in chilled glasses. 

Per one-cup serving: Calories: 168; protein: 5.6g; fat: 2.4g; sodium: 55mg; 
cholesterol: 3mg.
